Panasonic 2 Channel (Stereo) Audio Power Output IC.  Rated at 44W (each channel, at Vcc=24VDC) into 6 ohm loads (works fine with 4 to 16 ohm loads), with built-in standby and mute functions.  At Vcc=12VDC, Power output (each Channel) is 15W, into 4 ohm loads. 12 Pin SIP package.
