Ohmite RW31G160 Enamel Coated wirewound power resistor, 16 ohm, 10 watts, 5%.  Lug Terminals.  Overall length is 1.5 inches, .5 inches outside diameter, and .25 inches inside diameter.  Mounts with either spring clips or 2.0" long screw.  Mounting hardware not included.
